Capitol City Little League is pleased to anounce an opportunity for our players to take their training to the next level with Explosive Performance (EP) at Bethesda Sport & Health.  EP will be offering a free demo this Sunday afternoon for players of all skill levels age 9-14 who would like to improve their game with baseball-specific functional training.

EP offers safe and effective sport performance training programs.  EP sets itself apart with a focus on proper form to strengthen critical stabilizer muscles, enhance functional strength, and avoid common sports injuries.  EP trains athletes age 9 to 90 across a variety of sports to help them realize their athletic potential.

EP's Bethesda site director, Tommy Gately, will run players through a demo of explosive training drills that can help baseball players put more power behind the ball, run faster, and guard against injuries.  Tommy is a former GW baseball standout who played professionally and understands how to train baseball players.

In addition to registering here, please complete the EP waiver:  Parents will need to create an account (links the parent information to the waiver) and then can complete the waiver through club-sportal.

When:   Sunday, March 18, 1:00 - 2:00
